A paintball is a round thin-skinned gelatin capsule with water soluable paint inside it. They are also non-toxic and biodegradable. The paintball is propelled through a marker (gun) by a constant air supply towards its target.
Paintball is a very safe sport as long as safety rules are followed. Paintball is a challenging and exciting sport but most of all its FUN!
